Dr. Lauren Fisher is a clinical psychologist who serves as director of clinical services at the DCRP, and an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. She completed her doctoral degree at Case Western Reserve University and postdoctoral research fellowship at the DCRP in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital. She provides clinical care, supervises research coordinators and trainees, and conducts clinical research on mechanisms and treatment of depression. Her research interests have focused on developing adapted treatments for individuals suffering from depression and traumatic brain injury. Her research is currently sponsored by a K-23 Mentored-Patient Oriented Research Career Development Award from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) – Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute for Child Health & Human Development (NICHD).
