Maria Lalai is the Administrative Coordinator for the DCRP. She is a diligent, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in fast-paced and challenging work environments. She takes customer service very seriously and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience when interacting with patients. Prior to working at the DCRP, Maria worked for the Mass General Brigham RCO – Managed Care department, supporting multiple MGB practices with insurance referrals. Maria grew up in Greece and lived on the island of Crete prior to immigrating to the United States 7 years ago.
