Dhwani Lalwani has joined the DCRP as a co-op student for the Fall semester. She is currently a junior at Northeastern University, majoring in Cell and Molecular Biology with a minor in Business Administration and Consulting. Dhwani previously worked as a Junior Research Analyst at Sun Pharmaceutical Industies Ltd., where she supported new product development and contributed to various operational initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector. At Northeastern, she conducted both independent and collaborative research under Dr. Meredith Sweeney, focusing on the genetic pathway of Familial Hemiplegic Migraine in C. Elegans worms. At DCRP, Dhwani will be contributing to the CCT and ICODE projects, exploring the relationship between brain inflammation and cognitive function.
