Catherine Schuessler

Catherine Schuessler is a fourth-year undergraduate student studying Psychology with a minor in Human Services at Northeastern University. During her time as an undergraduate, she worked as a research assistant in Northeastern University's Affective and Brain Sciences Lab, where she helped to set up a study on the neurological basis of emotions using fMRI and physiological data. Additionally, Catherine worked as a project manager in the Lifespan Emotional Development Lab at Northeastern University, where she worked on several studies examining the effects of aging on emotional regulation abilities. Catherine hopes to pursue a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
